Other Details to Note

We only rent out the casita on select weekdays when the main house isn't rented. The main house will be unoccupied during your stay. You will have the entire grounds to yourself including the pool and spa. If you would like to access to more amenities, more dates, or would like to have more guests than (2) then you should check out our other listing 'desert oasis + casita' to rent both the casita and main house together on our profile. The kitchenette does not have a stovetop but does have a microwave. PETS Pets are allowed please just register them by including them in your guest count. (EX. 6 guests, 2 Pets) ROADS A small part of the road to the house is dirt but it is well maintained and any car will be able to navigate it. POOL & SPA HEATING The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per day. We run on propane to heat the pool. Please contact us 12 hours before you want to heat the pool. had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described in the listing clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from the clear communication before check-in to the thoughtful touches around the home. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and right next to Joshua tree , yet still quiet and relaxing at night. I really appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was, always checking in to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again in the future.” The pool was definitely the highlight, crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and surrounded by comfortable and a peaceful atmosphere. I spent a lot of time relaxing there and the nice warm jacuzzi as well and it really made my stay feel like a mini getaway. The best part was looking at the stars in a copper bath tub at night.

Loved the place as it was private and secure. I felt safe traveling here alone with my two dogs and would to come again with friends! The copper bathtub and pool was my favorite and I highly recommend :)

Cherish & Ramon’s place had everything we needed & more! There was so much to do—from hanging in the pool, grilling, and lighting a bonfire, to bathing in the super charming outdoor tub, and hiking in the neighborhood (we saw so many wild animals- including a bobcat!) It was quite perfect. The property was very dog friendly. My dog had so much fun! I really appreciated that there wasn’t much dirt in the backyard because I was afraid that my dog would somehow find a way to get real dirty and track dirt into the house. One thing i would like their place to have the next time I visit (cause I’m definitely coming back) is a record player! Thankfully, we brought our JBL speaker because as much as I love listening to nature, music just makes everything 100x better! :) Overall, loved my stay! 10/10 Thank you so much!

Honestly, we were only there for two nights, but I do wish we had an extra night. Everything was honestly perfect. It was my first time in California and I’ve always wanted to visit Joshua tree so this was a good first attempt just to experience the area. Also, a lot more local things are around than I thought a Walmart and various food options very close by. I thought it was just a desert. 🤣

The casita is the perfect couples getaway destination. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pool was a perfect way to cool down in the desert heat. The heated spa was perfect when the night fell and created the perfect couples retreat. Our host was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the whole stay. We would look forward to coming back.

It’s best to have a car. We are just a short drive from Pappy + Harriets, Joshua Tree National Park, grocery stores and everything else you want to do.
